EHB is an advanced automotive braking technology that combines electronic signals with hydraulic systems to control the braking system. EHB system needs to have functions such as rapid response and precise control. In new energy vehicles, it is one of the key technologies for realizing ADAS.
● C*Core has launched a dual-chip (MCU+U-chip) OneBox solution, combining a high-performance MCU (CCFC3010PT) and a dedicated U-chip (CCL2200B) to provide efficient, reliable, and safe braking control solution for new energy vehicles.
Features of CCFC3010PT
- High Security and Reliability:Achieving functional safety of ASIL-D and comply with the EVITA-Full specification . Multi-core collaboration (3+2) and parallel processing, with computing power reaching up to 2000 DMIPS.
- Rich Communication Interfaces and Peripherals:Integrating 12x CANFD, 12x LIN, 17x DSPI, 1x GTM4.1, 8x SARADC(Total 74 channels), and 6x SDADC.
- Memory Resources:Embedded 8MB/6MB Flash, 1.1MB RAM, supporting hardware A/B SWAP and OTA updates.
Features of CCL2200B
- CCL2200B achieved functional safety of ASIL-D. One chip covers the function of L9388 and an additional 2 solenoid valve drives (total 14 drives),supporting 20kHz high-precision current control valves. It integrates two CANFD interfaces and specific frame wake-up, supporting diagnosis and protection.
This OneBox solution is based on dual chip of CCFC3010PT+CCL2200B, equipped with RBU control, responsible for active pressure building, energy recovering, and basic braking. With dual system redundancy, allowing RBU to maintain basic braking capability even after a fault.
