2. 32KB of SAM, 128KB of Flash, and 32KB of ROM;

3. Supporting 2 SPI interfaces, 2 Lin interfaces, 1 CAN interface with transceiver, 1 I2C interface, and 1 ADC;

4. Built-in CCU7 module for PWM output, supporting dead-time control;

5. Incorporating a BDRV module that supports driving 3 half-bridges;

6. Operating temperature range: -40°C to 150°C;

7. ISO 26262;
